Directions

BY ROAD

From the North (A19):

• Follow the A19 through the Tyne Tunnel and on leaving the tunnel take the third exit on the roundabout and continue south on the A19 for approximately 2.6 miles
• At the next roundabout, 'Testos', turn left onto the A184
• Continue on the A184 for approximately 0.2 miles to the next roundabout and turn left onto Abingdon Way
• Follow Abingdon Way for approximately 0.2 miles and turn first left at the double set of traffic lights onto Witney Way
• Continue on Witney Way until you reach the third exit on your left for Woodstock Way, just after the Quality Hotel and NASUWT building.
• Turn left onto Woodstock Way and The Quadrus Centre is on your right

From the South (A19):

• Follow the A19 north, travelling past Nissan (on the left) until you reach the first roundabout, 'Testos'
• Take the third exit on the roundabout signposted A184 Sunderland North
• Continue on the A184 for approximately 0.2 miles to the next roundabout and turn left onto Abingdon Way
• Follow Abingdon Way for approximately 0.2 miles and turn first left at the double set of traffic lights onto Witney Way
• Continue on Witney Way until you reach the third exit on your left for Woodstock Way, just after the Quality Hotel and NASUWT building.
• Turn left onto Woodstock Way and The Quadrus Centre is on your right

From the South (A1M):

• Continue on the A1(M) until you reach Washington Service Station
• Keep in the right hand lane at Junction 65 and continue onto the A194(M)
• Continue on the A194(M) for approximately 3.7 miles until you reach 'Whitemare Pool' roundabout at the junction with the A184
• Take the third exit at 'Whitemare Pool' roundabout' onto the A184
• Continue for approximately 1.8 miles to the next roundabout 'Testos' and travel straight ahead
• Continue on the A184 for approximately 0.2 miles to the next roundabout and turn left onto Abingdon Way
• Follow Abingdon Way for approximately 0.2 miles and turn first left at the double set of traffic lights onto Witney Way
• Continue on Witney Way until you reach the third exit on your left for Woodstock Way, just after the Quality Hotel and NASUWT building.Turn left onto Woodstock Way and The Quadrus Centre is on your right.

BY RAIL

Newcastle Central Station is in Newcastle City Centre. Forming part of the East Coast mainline, the station is served by regular services from across the United Kingdom. From the station it takes approximately 20 minutes to get to The Quadrus Centre by taxi. Alternatively, you can take the Sunderland bound Metro from Central Station to Brockley Whins Station. From the station it takes approximately 5 minutes to get to The Quadrus Centre by taxi.
